- How do I enroll in a program?
- Create a free account, browse our Programs page, and select the course or certification track that fits your goals. Follow the checkout steps to complete enrollment.
- Are programs fully online?
- Yes. Healthcare EdEx programs are designed for flexible, self-paced online learning so you can study on your schedule.
- How do I access my courses after enrolling?
- Log in to the Student Portal from the top bar. Your enrolled courses appear under My Learning in your dashboard.
- What is your refund policy?
- Eligible purchases may qualify for a refund within 30 days if less than 25% of course content has been accessed. See our Refund Policy for full details.
- How can my organization partner with Healthcare EdEx?
